Project Overview
Brookfield came to ASV to fabricate custom units for their Brookfield Smart Home Lab. From drawings to functionality to finishing materials, we successfully converted a 17’-6” x 11’-6” back office space in their design studio to an internal smart home device testing area. This allowed the Brookfield Team to test all Smart Home devices that they offer or may offer in the future to Brookfield homebuyers. This semi-permanent build consisted of a custom fabricated kiosk, work station and closet walls, all with replaceable panels to allow for multiple device change outs as needed. In the end, we worked closely with the Brookfield Residential Team to achieve their vision of their Smart Home Lab space.
