Design and Engineering:
The strategy behind the design and engineering of the Dish Team Summit was ASV’s ability to translate the overarching Dish theme into 15 robust walk-in activation structures and 19 show booths while keeping an individualist approach to model each department and partner’s unique business products and services to enhance the experience.

Fabrication and Printing:
The building of all the structures and printing of all the graphics were produced in ASV’s 40,000 sq. ft. production facility. Handling the fabrication and printing in-house streamlines the production process, reduces cost by not outsourcing, and shortens the production timeline, enabling the ASV team to pre-assemble the booths to ensure accurate structures and speedy onsite assembly.

Logistics and Installation:
Booth crates are customized to maximize each container and loaded onto trucks to minimize unloading time for faster positioning on the show floor. The ASV team coordinates with the show event company to confirm that the carpeting, electrical, internet, and lighting are correctly positioned and operational. ASV is the conductor of a symphony of carpenters, electricians, builders, and handypersons, ensuring everything is assembled safely and securely while working as swiftly as possible.

In Summary:
This project consisted of nearly 600 aluminum and wood frames, over 20,000 linear feet of SEG fabric graphics, more than 3,900 linear feet of vinyl graphics, 22 hard-panel graphic signs, multiple dimensional logos, over 100 scenic décor elements, and the installation of just under 100 LED monitors.
