For the fifth year, Intersport turned to ASV to create a captivating façade for Chase Sapphire that would excite Sundance Film Festival goers. With an historical landmark building as a starting point, our designers developed a look that would be self supported while showcasing this year’s new brand campaign and incorporating elements of the interior activation space and rustic Park City.
To create a custom fit building façade, our production team first had to gather specific building dimensions to which we engineered. Utilizing materials to complement the outdoor environment, our team fabricated an overhead marquee, matching basement marquee, and an interactive left wall display that gathered attention from guests near and far. A custom built light box with three dimensional letters provided key branding during the evening hours while an outdoor grade monitor showcased digital content that changed daily to inform guests of each day’s activities. Playing off the Sundance snow, a custom sculpted snow angel backdrop offered guests a sharable photo opportunity.
Winter in Park City, UT, provided a cold yet picturesque background for our building façade. The continual snowfall provided an extra layer of complexity for our on-site install crew, yet the team persevered. With over 120,000 attendees in 2020, Chase Sapphire On Main was visible to everyone as they walked up and down the street, especially at night when the entire building was illuminated in blue to shine as a Chase Sapphire beacon!
